In a world that idolizes quick fixes and unsustainable diets, weâve forgotten the value of self-love and acceptance. This has led to an epidemic of body shaming and poor mental health.
Itâs time we prioritize our well-being, both physical and emotional. While a balanced diet and regular exercise are crucial, letâs not forget to indulge in the occasional cheat meal (mine is lasagna and tiramisu!). As our wise grandmas used to say, a little extra ghee never hurt anyone!
This Womenâs Day, letâs commit to loving and respecting our bodies, flaws and all. Be âflawsomeâ, because true beauty comes from embracing our imperfections. And remember, itâs okay to have days where we feel unhappy with our bodies. The key is to bounce back faster, with self-talk and self-love. So letâs raise a glass (or a plate of pani puri) to self-acceptance and happiness!â
