Female Filipino, age 25-35 years old
Receptionist/Administrator
•Serving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately.
•Answering the switchboard, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls.
•Receiving and sorting daily mail/deliveries/courier, answering all the queries in the email.
•Responsible for corresponding to the inquiries that we will receive and writing an email to our clients, and supplier.
•Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments.
•Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing, etc.
•Must be familiar with Microsoft office particularly in EXCEL formulas & WORD.
•Must be familiar with writing emails and composing letters.
•Can converse well in English.
•Must be keen & flexible in any type of task to be given.
•Experience in UAE Government dashboards such as RTA, DM is an advantage.
