The Air Conditioning Division works in parallel with the Interior designers and Engineers in providing the best functional layout and at the same time not compromising the aesthetic value of the project. Receptionist/Administrator
•Serving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately.
•Answering the switchboard, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls.
•Receiving and sorting daily mail/deliveries/courier, answering all the queries in the email.
•Responsible for corresponding to the inquiries that we will receive and writing an email to our clients, and supplier.
•Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments.
•Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing, etc.
•Must be familiar with Microsoft office particularly in EXCEL formulas & WORD.
•Must be familiar with writing emails and composing letters.
•Can converse well in English.
•Must be keen & flexible in any type of task to be given.
•Experience in UAE Government dashboards such as RTA, DM is an advantage.

URBAN HOUSEKEEPING CLEANING SERVICES LLC, is looking for MALE OPEATIONS MANAGER.
Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
· Ensures a proper inventory of all operating equipment in housekeeping is conducted in line with audit standards in order to effectively manage cost.
· Effectively oversees the control of cleaning supplies to minimize losses and maximize use of resources
· Assists Purchase department in selecting suppliers for items related to Housekeeping.
· Ensuring that communication and processes between various teams run smoothly
· Dealing with all operational challenges to ensure bookings go smoothly
· Oversee staff on a daily basis
· Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence
· Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards
· Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job
· Respond to customer complaints and special requests
· Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock
Skills:
Exceptional communication skills
Advanced Excel (You must know VLOOKUP, Pivots, charts, and Dashboards)
Proven ability to motivate, lead and develop team
Excellent time management and organizational skills
The ability to react quickly and decisively when faced with challenging situations
The ability to build and maintain good relationships
Sense of responsibility, urgency and responsiveness
Understands Technology, Online booking systems & social media
