We are 2 passionate moms who met over salted vanilla latte's wanting to facilitate discussions and lead workshops around the subject of bullying. Our workshops offer a fun and safe learning environment and are part self-discovery; discussing awareness of current bullying issues, giving clear and realistic steps and outcomes when being bullied or witnessing bullying as well as building up self-esteem and confidence in a multi-cultural environment. Through discussions, case studies, lead activities, child initiated issues and solutions, role-play, brain storming and peer encouragement. school aged participants of all levels will learn what is empathy, to recognize the different bullying behaviors, where and how to get help, strategies to become an anti-bullying leader and ambassador by implementing the 3-strikes and you’re out method. Difference between assertive, aggressive, and passive communication.
