This case shows the careful removal of a periocular skin cancer using a Mohs-type staged excision performed by Dr Frank Conory, Consultant Plastic Surgeon. Each stage of the excision is assessed before proceeding, which confirms complete removal of the affected tissue prior to reconstruction.

Dr Frank has used a local flap to reconstruct the area, repositioning nearby skin to restore contour while supporting natural healing. This technique prioritises clear margins and preserves both function and appearance around the delicate eye area.
