I’m so excited to announce I’m now taking a few private 1 to 1, small group Yoga and holistic fitness classes in Abu Dhabi.

These sessions are designed for your goals and specific requirements..
weather you’re a beginner wanting to learn Yoga safely, an athlete looking for more flexibility and core strength, experienced in Yoga but wanting to work on specific yoga poses or you just want to work out your whole body, mind and soul to become more holistically healthy. 🙏🏼

I combine my experience in teaching Private Yoga for the past 5 years, Personal Training, Reiki and Sports massage to help each client work on their specific goals.

I'll be there tomorrow giving 1 to 1 consultations by the inspiration stage and on Saturday teaching a free Yoga class on the demo stage at 9.15am.

So much love and light to these guys this morning! They just completed the 20th hour of their 24 hours of with me giving them all the gentle stretches and long deep breaths to give back to their hard working bodies! Amazing job guys so impressed by you all! 🙌🏻
