Orange Cake:

Ingredients:
All purpose flour – 2 ½ cup
Baking powder – 2 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Unsalted butter – 200 gm
Sugar – 1 ¾ cup
Orange zest – 2 ½ tbsp (finely chopped)
Vanilla essence – ½ tsp
Egg - 3
Orange juice (freshly squeezed) – 1 cup
Chopped pistachios – ¼ cup

Method:
In a bowl combine together all purpose flour, baking powder and salt and keep it aside.
In another bowl, beat together butter and sugar till creamy. To this add orange zest and vanilla essence and combine evenly. Add egg one by one to this and beat well.
Add the flour mixture and orange juice alternatively to the butter – egg mixture little by little and beat till well combined. Add the chopped pistachios (reserve 1 tbsp to sprinkle on top) and just mix.

Preheat the oven to 180 degree. Grease a cake tin with butter and add the backing paper . Keep it ready.pour the prepared batter to the cake tin and spread evenly. Sprinkle the remaining pistachios over the cake batter.

Bake it in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, till a tooth pick inserted at the center of the cake comes out clean. Remove it from the oven and leave it to cool for about 30 minutes at room temperature.

Grilled Egg Roast
Ingredients
For Egg fry:
Boiled egg - 4
Chili powder - 1 ½ tsp
Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
Fennel seed powder - ½ tsp
Ginger & Garlic Paste -1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 2 -3 tbsp (for frying)
Method
Mix all the ingredients. Add very little water to make a paste. (about 3-4 tbsp).
Make slits on eggs and marinate the egg in the prepared paste.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated eggs in the oil for about 6-7 minutes turning the sides 2- 3 times on regular intervals. Or grill the egg on a grill.
For gravy:
Ingredients:
Onion – 2 big (sliced finely)
Fennel seeds – ½ tsp
Ginger garlic paste – 4 tsp
Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Coriander powder – 4 tsp
Warm water – ½ cup
Curry leaves – few
Oil – 5 tbsp
Salt
Heat oil in a pan and fennel seeds, sliced onion and curry leaves.
stir in between till onion turns brown in color
Add ginger garlic paste and saute for 2-3 min.
Add red chilli, turmeric, coriander, Garam masala , salt and saute for 2-3 min.
Gently put the gravy on each egg so that it covered well with gravy.
Cook with the pan covered in medium flame for 5-6 min.
Serve hot.

Blueberry Pudding:
Ingredients:
bread - 2 pcs
oil -1 tsp
milk -3 tsp
china grass - 4-inch piece
Fresh cream-75 ml
sugar - 1/2 cup
Milk maide- 75 ml
Blueberry - 1 packet
Strawberry - 2
Kiwi -1
Procedure
First layer:
Remove the sides of bread pieces & cut each piece into 4 small pieces. Take a pan, add some Oil fry the bread pieces.grind the blueberries & milk .dip each piece of bread in this juice& keep it on the bottom of the pudding bowl.keep the remaining juice for second layer.
Second Layer:
Take a vessel with some water & add china grass while boiling.turn off the flame .in an other bowl boil the remaing juice, fresh cream, milk maid & sugar.cook it for 10 minspour it into the pudding bowl, above the bread layer.

cut the strawberries & kiwi for the decoration &mix it with sugar & honey ,place it on the top of your pudding while serving.
