A full mouth rehab with intensive treatment done in operative, periodontics, prosthodontics and endodontics. Patient complained that he had done orthodontic treatment for several years and his teeth are still malaligned and have become in very bad condition because of the braces.
Treatment done was as follows:
1- intensive dental hygiene with supragingival and subgingival scaling and root planing done over multiple visits and medications where prescribed for home care
2- multiple various lesion treated and filled
3- multiple root canal treatments done on heavily decayed teeth were caries had reached the pulpal tissue
4- a mixture of veneers and crowns where done to correct the alignment, shape and color of the teeth ( color chosen by patient), cement was properly cleaned from between the teeth to allow for proper flossing to be done.
5- follow up was done to check for high points and bite and any adjustments needed where done
