We see clients for a whole range of issues, ranging from anxiety and stress to confidence and motivation, and many phobias such as flying, needles, etc. We also run therapy programmes for specific issues such as Quit Smoking, Virtual Gastric Band, Weight Management, and now our newly developed Emotional Eating programme.
