Not all chest pain is heart attack ( MI)
Patients having chest pain specially going towards middle of back could be something more dangerous.
Aortic Aneurysms can remain silent and can present as severe chest pain when there is dissection ( internal rupture). There are a lot of chances that this event is misdiagnosed as heart attack.
We dealt with a similar case, timely intervention saved a precious life.

CABG ( bypass surgery) is a very safe treatment for patients having multiple blocks in heart arteries. It is better and longer lasting than stents specially in people who have more than one block, who have diabetes or who have damaged hearts because of heart attack.
Within 1-2 days most patients are walking, by 4-5th day patients go home.
