Dear friends of Al We'am,
We are now closing for six weeks for summer holiday. In August, we will be welcoming you to our new premises in a spacious and beautiful villa in Al Burairat area.
Our new premises is very near to RAK American University and Higher Colleges of Technology and is very easy to find. I will upload a map when we are ready to go.
We will continue as usual in our Julphar Tower office as well

In Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, we look at how thoughts, feelings and actions (behaviour) interact with each other and create vicious cycles that maintain common mental health problems such as anxiety, depression and OCD.

Dear all, we are getting our new premises ready. It is a spacious and beautiful villa in Al Burairat area. It is very near to RAK American University and Higher Colleges of Technology. I will upload a map when we are ready to go.

Starting on Thursday 23rd February, yoga classes will be offered at Al We'am Centre for Holistic Therapies in Julphar Towers, Ras Al Khaimah.
2 classes per week, for ladies only.
Danielle McCurdy will be teaching at 6:30pm on Sundays.
Joan Stephenson Yoga will be teaching at 10am on Thursdays.
Herbal tea will be offered after the classes, and an opportunity to chat about anything related to yoga.
We're very excited about spreading the yoga vibe into the heart of RAK city.
Looking forward to seeing you ladies there.
