Position : HR Generalist – Automotive Industry Experience is must
Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Looking for HR Generalist (Male) with complete knowledge of HR processes. To be successful in this role, you must have an extensive background in HR especially in recruitment, employee relations, employee engagement and other functional areas of HR.
2 to 3 experiences with Automotive, service center is must. Candidate available to join on immediate basis will be preferred.
Job Responsibilities
· Implementing performance review Procedures (e.g quarterly/annual and 360 degree evaluation).
· Developing fair HR policies and ensuring employees understanding and adherence
· Continuously educate employees on company policies.
· Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
· Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
· Monitor HR department’s budgets.
· Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues.
· Manage employees’ grievances.
· Create and run referral bonus/incentives programs.
· Measure employee retention and turnover rates.
· Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
· Responsible in monitoring employees KPIS
· Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing problems or grievances they may have.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
· Minimum 2-3 years of relevant HR experience in the UAE.
· Male with solid English communication skills, Arabic speaker is an added advantage
· Automotive industry experience is highly preferred
· Comfortable working in a highly visible role.
· Positive, go-getter attitude.
· Highly computer literate in Microsoft Office Applications (especially Excel) and various HR software programs including HRIS
