Specialist Orthopedic Surgeon (Junior) Abu Dhabi (DOH)

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Role: Specialist Orthopedic Surgeon – Junior
License: DOH (Department of Health – Abu Dhabi) required
Nationality: Any (Arabic speakers preferred)
Experience: 3–5 years’ Orthopedics experience in the UAE
Compensation: Package depends on interview feedback and experience

Key Responsibilities

Provide specialist outpatient and inpatient orthopedic care (assessment, diagnosis, treatment, follow-up)

Assist in elective and emergency orthopedic procedures as applicable

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in MDT meetings

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold DOH standards

Contribute to continuous quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

Requirements

DOH Specialist license in Orthopedics (or eligibility to convert immediately)

3–5 years’ post-qualification experience within the UAE

Strong clinical acumen across common orthopedic conditions; trauma exposure is a plus

Excellent communication and teamwork skills; Arabic language is an advantage
