Some struggles don’t begin with you.
They begin before you.

Family Constellations is a powerful experiential process that helps uncover hidden dynamics within the family system — patterns that silently influence our relationships, emotions, health, and life choices.

When ancestral stories remain unresolved, they often show up as:
• Repeated relationship challenges
• Emotional heaviness without clear reason
• Inner conflict, anxiety, or stagnation
• A feeling of being “stuck” despite effort
