Know the Signs of Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD)!

Your kidneys work silently every day, but when they’re not healthy, your body starts giving signals. Unexplained swelling in the feet, ankles, or hands can mean extra fluid isn’t being removed properly.

Some people notice changes in urination, such as going more often at night, producing less urine, or seeing foam in it.

You may also feel constantly tired and weak because waste builds up in the body. In some cases, shortness of breath occurs when excess fluid affects the lungs. Nausea, poor appetite, or even a metallic taste in the mouth are other signs that should not be ignored.
