Job Title: Marketing Officer

Position Overview:
The Marketing Officer is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating marketing strategies to promote the organization’s products and services. This role involves market research, brand management, digital and traditional marketing campaigns, and collaboration with internal teams to increase visibility, attract customers, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Marketing Strategy & Planning
• Assist in developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns.
• Identify target audiences and explore new market opportunities.
• Support brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Digital Marketing & Communication
• Manage the organization’s social media platforms, website, and online presence.
• Create engaging content (posts, graphics, videos) for digital campaigns.
• Monitor analytics and generate reports on campaign effectiveness.
• Promotions & Advertising
• Coordinate advertising and promotional activities (print, online, events).
• Design and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters.
• Assist in planning and executing exhibitions, trade shows, and community outreach programs.
• Market Research & Analysis
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor strategies.
• Prepare reports with insights and recommendations for management.
• Client Relations & Business Development
• Support customer engagement and loyalty initiatives.
• Liaise with clients, partners, and stakeholders to build strong relationships.
• Assist in lead generation and follow-up on marketing inquiries.
• Administrative Support
• Maintain a database of marketing materials, campaigns, and contacts.
• Coordinate with suppliers, media agencies, and external service providers.
• Ensure marketing activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Master, BMLTS Bachelor of Medical technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in [industry type – e.g., healthcare, retail, services].
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
Years Of Experience
• 5 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 3 years in the same position or in a higher-level role.
Working Conditions:
• Office-based with occasional fieldwork for campaigns, events, or client meetings.
• May require flexible working hours, including weekends, depending on project needs.
