Position Summary
Ariana Medical Complex Hospital is seeking a qualified and experienced Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing, branding, and communication activities. The position aims to enhance hospital visibility, strengthen community trust, support patient engagement, and ensure ethical, culturally appropriate promotion of hospital services.

Employment Requirements
• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Master’s degree (MBA / Marketing Management or equivalent) is preferred
• Work Experience:
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing
• Previous experience in healthcare or service industry is preferred
• Experience in digital marketing and public relations
• Understanding of Afghanistan’s healthcare environment is an added advantage
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dari, Pashto, and English
• Strong marketing planning, creativity, and analytical skills
• Digital marketing and social media management expertise
• Ability to work respectfully with male and female staff in line with Afghan cultural norms
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and networking skills
• High level of professionalism, ethical conduct, and confidentiality
