Yoga To Go Antigua "Yoga To Go Antigua" offers individual and small group yoga practice in a beautiful outdoors private home setting, or in your home, villa or yacht.

If you can breath you can "do" Yoga here! Friendly fun good for you,"seniors" welcome. Susan Wynne is a Certified Yoga Instructor registered with the Yoga Alliance International.She has studied and attended workshops with Pattabhi Jois, David Swenson, Bryan Kest, amongst many others around the world. Wanting to share with others the benefits that this complete system of health brings, she offers group classes & private instruction in the comfort of your own home or yacht and on her private deck overlooking beautiful Falmouth Harbour., Antigua. Her classes vary according to needs and energy levels and abilities of the students. Her teaching background in yoga began 21 years ago with her own steady practice of Ashtanga, Vinyasa & Power Yoga. In more recent years she has practiced and taught the more traditional lineages in Hatha/Raja Yoga, certifying with YAI in 2014. She has been a certified personal trainer since year 2000 with ACE, with a special interest in postural anatomy and movement, continuing to update her knowledge by attending trainings around the world. She has a special passion for teaching "safe" classes for prevention of injury & functional longevity leading to a long healthy and active life. Recently training with ShiatsuYoga Mediterraneo in Spain,her teachings include an emphasis on enhancing the freeflow of energy throughout the body using selected postures & breathing techniques. Attention to alignment, safe biomechanics and respecting the individual's limitations is an important part of her teaching style. Susan believes she is a guide and the true teacher will be found within when a consistent yoga practice is established. She also believes there should be room for a sense of fun and enjoyment while learning this transformational practice!

Yoga To Go is back. If you’d like a Saturday morning easy fun class on the pool deck, it’s on Saturday mornings as before at 9.15am. It’s a good class for beginners, for people out of practice, and Yogis looking for a lovely outdoor setting with a gentle mix of stretching, breathing and simple asanas with a small group of nice people🌞pls Watzap your interest ahead of time. thank you🙏🌺

Hello Yogi friends. You havent heard fom me for quite some time...here's a little update on how my summer has been and my intentions for the coming months.Antigua season
I ended up spending more than four months away this year, mostly spent in France and a little time visiting family in the UK. The hamstring injury I was bothered by in early June put a damper on my activities for most of that time, even taking a yoga sabbatical!
Resting and patience was the best course of action.Amazing how reduction in regular activities open up so much time, which was filled too often with social moments and rose wine! As a sabbatical, it was fun!However I am now ready to resume! After finally getting a proper diagnosis, some treatment and a rehab plan, Im looking forward to getting back into walking and yoga. I am cautiously and slowly returning to activity. I am still very cautious of any overuse of the hamstrings.This has been a good exercise in patience introspection and acceptance.
After such a long downtime, my intention is to resume offering yoga asana classes very soon, in the coming weeks. Classes will be themed "starting again from the beginning" with very gentle and easy postures.
This phase will last for around four weeks. so any of you looking to join me in starting up again after injury, or complete beginners who find other classes daunting, are welcome to join me on this progressive four week plan.
