Pregnancy is a beautiful and joyous time for women and families, which can also be tiring, uncomfortable, and frightening.
Finding time for herself, and a space to feel empowered and at peace can be a challenge. Connecting to breath, and centering the body and mind can bring about a sense of balance and control from within. Yoga and breathwork aim to do bring alignment and unity.
