1️⃣ Age Matters – A woman's fertility starts declining in her late 20s and drops significantly after 35. Men's fertility also decreases with age, but more gradually.

2️⃣ Ovulation is Key – Tracking ovulation is crucial when trying to conceive. Irregular cycles can indicate underlying fertility issues.

3️⃣ S***m Health is Important – Male factor infertility accounts for about 40-50% of fertility problems. S***m quality, count, and motility all play a role.

4️⃣ Lifestyle Affects Fertility – Smoking, excessive alcohol consumption, poor diet, and lack of exercise can negatively impact fertility in both men and women.

5️⃣ Stress Can Interfere with Conception – High stress levels can disrupt hormonal balance and ovulation, making it harder to conceive.

6️⃣ Being Underweight or Overweight Can Affect Fertility – Maintaining a healthy BMI (body mass index) is important for hormonal balance and ovulation.

7️⃣ Egg Quality Declines Over Time – Not just the number of eggs, but their quality also decreases with age, affecting the chances of conception and a healthy pregnancy.

8️⃣ Certain Medical Conditions Can Impact Fertility – Conditions like PCOS, endometriosis, thyroid disorders, and diabetes can make it harder to conceive.

9️⃣ IVF is Not Always the First Option – Many fertility challenges can be addressed with lifestyle changes, medication, or less invasive treatments before considering IVF.

🔟 Fertility Awareness is Empowering – Understanding your body, cycle, and reproductive health can help you take proactive steps toward parenthood.

Don't worry we are here to help! 😊

🌸Here are 5 ways to tell if and when you are ovulating!

1️⃣ Ovulation Predictor Kits are commonly used so here is how to...These kits test the urine to detect surges in Luteinising hormone (LH) which occur 24 to 36 hours before an egg is released. If this method works for you it is one of the most useful and accurate ways of timing in*******se for conception.

2️⃣ The position of the Cervix changes as you near ovulation. It becomes softer (like your ear lobe), higher, more open and moist. Before and after ovulation it is lower and easier to feel, harder (like the tip of your nose) closed and not so wet.

3️⃣ Checking your cervical gland secretions. Once the vaginal secretions become more slippery and stretchy its a sign that a follicle is getting ripe and ready to ovulate.

4️⃣ Taking your Basal Body Temperature (BBT)
This is a useful tool for discovering when you ovulate. You take your temperature before you get out of bed each morning (after at least 3 or 4 hours of sleep)and record it on a graph or in an App.

Once your body starts to produce progesterone (when your egg is ready to be released and even more after its release) your BBT will rise 0.3-0.5 C.

5️⃣ Symptoms of ovulation are usually those of increasing oestrogen levels. There is a surge of oestrogen just prior to the LH surge, as the ripening follicle produces peak levels.

We hope these tips help.✨
