Rib Revision Rhinoplasty
The patient from Itali presented after three previous rhinoplasty procedures,performed in two clinics with residual deformities and compromised structural support of the nasal framework.
The surgical plan focused on a comprehensive structural reconstruction, including:
• Use of autologous costal cartilage graft (rib graft) to restore long-term support and stability
• Tip refinement, improving projection, definition, and symmetry
• Columella correction, optimizing the columella-labial angle and basal balance
The procedure aimed not only at aesthetic enhancement but also at restoring the functional integrity of the nasal structures, with a fully individualized surgical approach.
Result: a more harmonious nasal profile, improved structural stability, and a natural-looking outcome in balance with the patient’s facial features.

Rinoplastikë Revizionuese me brinjë ,pacientja ardhur nga Italia
Pacientja paraqitej pas tre ndërhyrjeve kirurgjikale të mëparshme të kryera në dy klinika me deformime të mbetura në strukturën nazale dhe mungesë stabiliteti në suportin osteokartilaginoz.

Ndërhyrja synoi jo vetëm përmirësimin estetik, por edhe rikthimin e integritetit funksional të strukturave nazale, duke respektuar anatomine individuale të pacientes.
