Ready for today… and for 30 years from now.
For over 30 years, I’ve lived in high performance :
First as part of the national gymnastics team.
Today, I continue training every single day for my aerial rings act in every show — which demands a strong body and a present mind 🧠
But there was something that changed everything: studying Kinesiology.
A career I deeply love because it gave me the tools to sustain my passion without breaking myself in the process.
Through all these years of experience, academic study, and hands-on practice, I understood something fundamental:
