⏰ How many hours should you sleep?
▪️ Before treks or long hikes: 7–9 hours for proper physical recovery
▪️ Before activities at high altitude: at least 8 hours to help your body adapt
▪️ Before full-day tours & attractions: 7–8 hours for focus and stamina
▪️ During travel days and transitions: 6–8 hours to reduce fatigue and keep your body balanced
▪️ In general: aim for 7–9 hours whenever possible
