🇺🇸 🇨🇦 Truly happy and honored to have been invited as a speaker at the American Society for Surgery of the Hand (ASSH) Annual Meeting, sharing ideas and experiences with amazing stars from all over the world.

I’m also deeply grateful and proud to have been appointed Deputy Editor of the Journal of Hand Surgery – American Volume, one of the most prestigious scientific journals in the world.

Still Advancing with Arthroscopy! 🚀

In this case, a 20 yo professional player from our national hockey team 🇦🇷 suffered a thumb phalanx fracture. We chose a minimally invasive approach, performing an arthroscopic-assisted reduction and fixation with two crossed K-wires for 3 weeks.

✅ The advantage? The patient was able to move the joint just 24 hours after surgery, promoting a faster recovery.

In the final video, you can see the range of motion achieved just at 4 weeks, highlighting the benefits of this technique for athletes.
