This water crystal was created from the word “ Emotion” shown to water. The Latin derivative for the word emotion, 'emotere', literally means energy in motion. If we don't allow ourselves to feel our emotions, then that "energy in motion" is not moving or gets stuck. Feeling our emotion is processing and releasing that emotions.

Forgiveness is for us... Not for anyone else. When we forgive, we release that emotion and allow it to flow thru us.

Our mind is a great tool but it can also be an excluder, good for processing thoughts but when we FOCUS on one thing, we exclude all other possibilities.

Our heart is an includer, it is our bodies biggest healer. When we open our heart, we include all possibilities.
