Hi, I’m Omar Papait, and traveling aboard my barrier-free Easy4me camper, I’m a new ambassador for Klaxon.

I was born into a family of chefs, surrounded by aromas and simmering pots, and I went on to build a career in Michelin-starred gastronomy, working between Italy and the United States. In 2000, however, an accident changed my life. A series of profound transformations followed: from leading the Shake & Leg project to opening Osteria Veneta in Mirano. In 2016, I crossed the Atlantic together with sailor Andrea Stella aboard the world’s first catamaran accessible to people with disabilities, and in 2025 I took part in the WOW project aboard the training ship Amerigo Vespucci.
In 2024, I decided to close the restaurant and set off on a new adventure: I now live in a camper adapted to my needs, together with my wife Valentina and our dog Maya. Each stop becomes a story of inclusion — from villages to beaches, from museums to restaurants — documented and shared to make travel possible for everyone.
Because, as I always say, “together we can change the world.”
