Chronically sun-damaged skin, subtle borders, and years of silent progression…
Managing LM is anything but simple.

🌍 Under the leadership of the International Dermoscopy Society, 53 experts came together to bridge the gap between limited evidence and real-life clinical needs.
Key takeaways:
• Non-invasive imaging (dermoscopy & RCM) is essential
• Surgery remains first-line—but not always straightforward
• Imiquimod & radiotherapy offer valuable alternatives
• Close follow-up is a must

✨ A global consensus to guide everyday practice in a challenging melanoma subtype.
