This study explored the and of remimazolam vs. propofol, both combined with esketamine, for colonoscopy in elderly patients.

✅ Key findings: The remimazolam–esketamine combination:
✔️ Maintained more stable blood pressure and heart rate
✔️ Reduced adverse cardiovascular events
✔️ Delivered effective sedation

These results suggest that remimazolam with esketamine could be a to propofol-based sedation for undergoing colonoscopic procedures.
