✨ A little tribute to my incredible yoga teacher ✨

I met Hope Yogi in person during my time in Goa, and ever since then, he’s been guiding me online as my yoga teacher. His calm presence, deep knowledge, and genuine heart have supported me through so many phases of life — especially during pregnancy and postpartum. 🙏

His classes helped me regenerate physically and stay centered mentally, even in the heaviest moments. Yoga with him is more than just movement — it’s healing, grounding, and empowering. 🧘‍♀️💫
