If life was a house... There are the four walls that support our roof... Spiritual beliefs, physical being, psychological state, and emotional wellbeing.
The roof is our point of view and how we walk through this experience.
For me... When we walk this life's path we are told we have to be balanced, and so many people ask "what does this mean?"
I like to use the example of the tightrope walker... They have this long pole... It doesn't stay still... It is constantly being adjust to meet the influences around the person's walk. There is constant flux and movement....Nothing is fixed or rigid.
Houses in New Zealand traditionally are built with timber and the pole/post sub-floor holds the house up. This allows the rigid house to sway during earthquakes - I have even felt this during severe storms...
Sometimes.. Our fixed points of veiw, our rigid beliefs, our deeper paralysing fear stop us from creating a new balance and our world tumbles around us..
What if we started choosing from asking.. "What is required here?" or (this question always gets me grumpy haha)... "Who am I being right now?"
If this creates a curiosity with you.. I invite to join with us in an up-coming class...
