Greg Bryers - The Man with the Magic Hands If you could let go of many of the things that impact you in your life, what would you choose. If I could offer you some options and choices, would you..?

Over the years i have studied a number of different "Healing" modalities...I would then be told to forget them and allow my "Knowing" to guide me as to what to do.... without the why...just "Be" and trust my Knowing. As I work with "You" and your body - I don't heal you...you do that for yourself, all I do is create a space for change to occur - I may get impressions, awareness's, or pictures, of what is being held locked in the cells of the body. I may see points to hold or touch to release this energy and sometimes I'm prompted to voice what it is I "see" or perceive. the sessions may involv e massage, simple touch, or even hands off body energy work. I combine these tools with the tools I have gained from my studies with Gary Douglas and Dr Dain Heer (Co-Founders of Access Consciousness). These two men have developed a form of verbal processing that invites greater chnage within the body than almost any other tool I have ever used. Using these tools has allowed clients to quickly and easily let go "issues" locked in their bodies (often held for years). I choose to create a space where people can come and choose change. Where they can release old conditionings and restraints and as a result become more joyful and live life more fully and start to prosper....

What is the thought that appears when you are still and in silence?
Is it a judgement of you, or is a kind thought about you?

For me, I love silence and stillness. I get to really see where my mind is still creating blocks. I have had many teachers who tell me to focus on the things I want to change. I found this only increased what I didn't like about me. it was like when I was learning to ride my bicycle... If i focused on an obstacle I hit it. If I looked at where I needed to go... well I'm sure you see my point 😂

So, what if we focused more on what we desire to be. Not from need, or lack, but from a desire to simply be that!

And then, as we walk through our day we live as though we have become it. Each night (as we go to sleep) create a list of all the things we accomplished and all the things we are grateful for. Each morning as we wake, simply be grateful for our rest, for the warm bed we slept in, and the simple fact that we woke up - I have had a few friends in my past who forgot to wake up the morning.

Let your body feel the gratitude and it will change how you are and how you view life!
