We had our first activation for The Quantum Integration Hub last night - Return to Zero Point Awareness.

I really love how much we can experience in such a short amount of time - it always blows my mind!
Do you know what Zero Point Awareness is?
Its the state of consciousness where you return to complete presence, neutrality, and inner stillness - the point before reaction, fear, or conditioning takes over.
In this space, your nervous system is regulated, your mind becomes quiet, and your awareness moves out of survival mode into creative potential. It's called "zero point" because it mirrors the concept from the zero point field - the place of infinite possibility where all potential exists before it collapses into physical reality.

A little about me; I am a 35 year old Kiwi, living in Perth, Australia. I LOVE to travel! I’ve driven across the Nullaboor 3 times (Melbourne - Perth, Perth - Melbourne, Melbourne - Perth) in my trusty jeep that is currently on it’s last legs. I am a lover of crystals and all things metaphysical, and do not like to garden.
I graduated as a Transpersonal Art Therapist in 2013 and established The Watershed Initiative not long after. I spent some time in Chiang Mai Thailand, volunteering with a company that offers Art as a form of relief to a variety of different social groups, and from then on, I knew that I wanted to offer Art Therapy in this capacity. I was fortunate and very blessed to work with Burmese refugees, Hill tribes, single mothers, women and children rescued from the s*x trade/human trafficking, orphaned children with disabilities as well as children from different socio economic backgrounds. What I learned and experienced from my time there will forever drive me to use Art Therapy within similar environments, and my aim is to be regularly offering my services within disaster relief situations as needed. Currently, I offer 1:1 Art Therapy sessions, 1 day Art Therapy Workshops (check events page for what is coming up), a Watershed Journal 45 Day Healing Intensive program that is run entirely online, and Project Selfie - a 5 week Art Therapy Experience. My clients come from all walks of life, and include children with Autism, adults and children navigating childhood trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD and other mental health challenges. As well as those who are looking to work through old emotional wounding in order to move forward.
I am also a Multidimensional Energy Healer, Reiki Master Teacher and Empath. I work with numerous Interdimensional Beings, who have not only taught me everything I know but have also helped me develop a new healing modality that I will be sharing with the world soon. Currently I offer my forte of combination Distant Multidimensional Energy Healing + Reading, Hands on healing sessions as well as Reiki I / II / III Workshops.
The term “Multidimensional Healing” refers to healing that occurs on multiple layers of your energy field and incorporates also past life, other realities (Star realms) and other worldly technologies. It can also be called light work. We are not just a physical body. The spiritual and energetic anatomy has been mapped by various modalities and various cultures worldwide. A multidimensional healer, through their own spiritual development, is able to open their gaze further out into the subtle energy fields and perceive fields and issues connected to the being at multiple frequencies or vibrational levels. With this information they are able to effect change which moves through all energy fields/ frequencies and into your physical/ emotional life. These healings come with their own warning however, as they really do “shake things up”.
Outside of the Art Therapy and Healing, I offer a monthly group called Soulful Exchanges, where women can come together and talk about a spiritual topic in a safe space while allowing for a practicing healer/medium/reader to practice and hone their gifts. I also run Women’s Circles which include meditation, psychic development exercises and the circle itself that allows for women to support and hold space for one another. I am also running monthly Intuitive Soul Art Sessions, where women can come together and create soulfully together.
I also offer a variety of readings, including Oracle Card Readings, EXPLORE & EVOLVE Readings and Wax Art Readings.
I am passionate about empowering men and women who are on the spiritual path, and providing them with the support, tools and resources to use throughout every day life and I utilize my gifts of Clairvoyance, Clairsentience and Claircognizance while in both Art Therapist and Healer roles.
