Meditation is a deeply philosophical and spiritual practice that can help us gain insight into the nature of our mind and our relationship to the world around us.

At its core, meditation is a process of introspection and self-discovery. By sitting still and turning our attention inward, we can begin to observe the workings of our minds and become more aware of our thoughts, feelings, and beliefs. In this way, we can gain more clarity about our true selves and the nature of reality.

One of the most important insights that can be gained through meditation is the realization, that our thoughts and feelings do not necessarily reflect reality. Instead, they are often shaped by our prejudices, assumptions, and past experiences. Through meditation, we can learn to observe these mental processes without judgment and gain more clarity about our true selves and the world around us.

Meditation can also help us cultivate a sense of inner peace, calm, and equanimity, even in the midst of life's challenges. By becoming more aware of our thoughts and feelings, we can learn to respond to them more constructively and positively, rather than automatically or impulsively.

Meditation is a practice that can help us develop greater wisdom, compassion, and allows insight into the nature of ourselves and the world around us. It is a profoundly transformative practice that can help us live more fulfilling and meaningful lives.

Yes, of course ✨ and you should! In Ayurveda, a well-functioning digestion plays a central role in order to optimally supply body and mind with the necessary nutrients. Proteins, carbohydrates and fats must be broken down and for this a balanced intestinal flora or microbiome is needed.
When the digestive fire (Agni) is strong, the body is able to digest food efficiently, eliminate waste products well, and maintain a healthy balance of the doshas. However, if the 🔥 is weak or impaired, it can lead to incomplete digestion, poor absorption of nutrients, accumulation of toxins in the body and in a number of health problems. Here are some tips on how to take care of your digestion:
- Drink warm water throughout the day
- Prefer warm and home-cooked food
- Choose the right time to eat
- Choose the right amount
- Eat only when you are hungry
- Drink little while you eat
- Combine the right foods
- Fast occasionally

Here's how you can practice mindfulness every day 😃 Cooking mindfully is an important aspect of Ayurvedic cooking. It means being present in the moment, connecting with the ingredients and the cooking process, and preparing meals with intention and care. It means paying attention to the balance of flavors, textures, and colors in each dish, as well as considering the dosha type of the individual.

Pseudocereals are a group of plants that are not categorized as cereals, but are often used in similar ways and have a similar nutritional profile. They are called "pseudocereals" because they carry many of the same characteristics as cereals, such as the ability to produce grains and are high in starch, protein, minerals and fat.

Examples of pseudocereals include quinoa, amaranth and buckwheat. These plants are rich in fiber and important nutrients such as iron and magnesium. They are also gluten-free, making them a popular alternative for people with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity.

Pseudocereals have been an important food source for many cultures throughout history, and their popularity has increased in recent years due to their health benefits and versatility in cooking.
