Sometimes the real magic in a pose isn’t the shape itself - it’s the moment you soften, align, and truly feel what your body is trying to tell you.
Those small refinements, that conscious breath, the decision to realign rather than force… They’re what transform your practice from movement into awareness, from effort into presence.

Yoga isn’t about nailing the perfect posture. It’s about noticing, responding, and honoring what feels true for you today. Let every posture remind you that strength and softness can coexist, and that you’re always allowed to meet yourself exactly where you are.

And remember:
If the shape needs adjusting, adjust it.
If your breath feels tight, slow it down.
If your body whispers “not today,” honor that.
Your practice becomes richer the moment you choose what genuinely supports you.

In yoga, we often speak about Bandhas - yet many practitioners aren’t entirely sure what we truly mean by them.

Bandhas are more than physical engagement; they’re subtle energetic locks that guide the flow of prana, deepen awareness, and strengthen the connection to your center.

From Mula Bandha at the root, to Uddiyana Bandha in the belly, to Jalandhara Bandha at the throat - each lock offers a different layer of stability, clarity, and inner lift. Anatomically, they support core integrity and help align the spine; energetically, they refine how you hold and direct your power.

To activate them, start simple:
- lift the pelvic floor gently for Mula Bandha
- draw the lower abdomen inward and upward on an exhale for Uddiyana Bandha, and
- lengthen the back of the neck with a subtle chin tuck for Jalandhara Bandha.
Keep the engagement soft, steady, and awake - never forced.

When you learn to integrate Bandhas into movement, breath, and balance, your practice shifts - becoming lighter, steadier, and more intentional.
It’s a quiet strength you carry from the inside out.

❤️ A little personal update from me ❤️

If you don’t want to watch my 5-minute video, here is the short version 😊

I’m expecting my second baby 🐥
We are very happy, (and you won’t notice many changes in the studio 🥰)

I’ll be away for around four months, and during that time Isabella will take care of all studio matters.
Only the June retreat in Kaprun will be taken over by her, all my other retreats are happening exactly as planned.

Our Yoga Teacher Trainings will also run according to schedule 🥰

My belly is growing, so I decided it’s time to share the news here on Instagram. My classes will be gently adjusted, you’ll see me walking, talking, assisting, and adjusting more, and demoing a little less.

Thank you for being such an amazing community. I feel so safe and happy to share this news with you ❤️

It’s funny how we often say yes when our whole body whispers no.
Or we push ourselves because we don’t want to disappoint anyone.
Or we forget that rest is not laziness, it’s survival.

Movement keeps reminding me of this:
your body is always honest.
It tells you when something is too much.
It tells you when you need space.
It tells you when to pause.

And every time you listen, you’re practicing a boundary.
A quiet one. A gentle one.
But still a boundary.

At Bliss Studio, we try to create a place where you can learn to trust those signals again, where you can move, breathe, and actually hear yourself.

If you’re tired, it’s okay to slow down.
If something feels wrong, you’re allowed to say no.
If you need space, take it.
Your life gets better when your boundaries get clearer.

We’re here whenever you need a moment to come back to yourself. 💛
