To fulfil all the requests, I will start posting some important topics in English too. Here's the first topic: the downside of consuming dairy.
I know you might think that having dairy is very healthy and full of vitamins you need for your optimized health, but I have to disappoint you there... Altough dairy is marketed as an essential food for adults as well as for babies, supporting strong bones, but there are some important things to consider including potential health risks, like heart disease, type 2 diabetes and Alzheimer's disease when consuming dairy products.
These days cows milk are loaded with tonns of hormones, like estrogen, prolactine and growth hormones, which then interfere with your endocrine system, hence the reason why they call it endocrine disruptor (both males and females)‼️
It is also linked to acne, eczema and hormone related health issues, like polycystic ovarian syndrome and endometriosis. So let's see when you should avoid having dairy:
❌if you have chronic skin issues, like pimples/acne, eczema
❌if you have digestive issues, like diarrhoea or constipation
❌if you have hormonal issues, like infertility or endimetriosis
❌if you suffer from chronic hair loss
❌if you are diabetic
❌if you have hormone related cancers
