BIKRAM YOGA, the Original Hot Yoga, is a physical practice. It is a sequence of 26 Hatha Yoga postures and 2 breathing exercises in a heated room.
You simply start with the postures and with conscious breathing to create awareness, mindfulness, flexibility and strength. This sequence is the key to dive deeper into your inner self, your REAL self. You connect with your soul. Through constant practice you find peace in your mind and in your soul. You feel WHOLE and that is where spirituality starts.

HALF SPINAL TWIST - ARDHA MATSYENDRASANA
The very last posture of the sequence, your body is perfectly prepared for that. It is the only posture where the whole spine gets twisted.
