Sometimes life doesn't asks.
It simply stops us.
This winter, after months of nonstop work in the theatre and constant travelling between 2 different productions, my body asked me to pause.
Over the holidays, I got sick — not as a punishment, but as a message.
It reminded me of something humbling and deeply human:
even someone trained in embodiment can override their body.
Especially during the holidays, when everything around us pushes toward more — more doing, more rushing, more buying — what we often need is less.
I went home, to my family in Italy, and only there, in safety, did the exhaustion finally surface.
In that forced stillness, I was reminded, again, of what truly matters.
Not productivity.
Not performance.
But presence.
This is the heart of my work with Seeds.
I believe real change begins quietly — when we create space to feel, to breathe, and to become aware of what truly matters to us.
These are the seeds we plant: awareness, consciousness, presence.
And when a woman plants these seeds within herself, they naturally ripple into her life, her relationships, and her way of being in the world.

This is why I create retreats.
