Vom Eingangsbereich gelangen Sie in zwei komfortable Umkleideräume mit Duschen und abschließbaren Garderobekästchen. Yoga-Matten, Gurte und Blöcke stehen zu Ihrer Verfügung. Handtücher und Matten-Storage sind für Halbjahres- und Jahres-Mitglieder kostenfrei. Die zwei hellen Yoga-Studios verfügen über 90 qm und 40 qm. Dance your flow is a 90-minute journey where yoga meets dance. starting with a gentle warm-up, we move into an energising flow that blends classic yoga poses, simple dance steps, free movement and breathwork.

The session is guided by a carefully curated electronic music soundtrack. 🎵

Zaza will build heat, rhythm and intensity, then slowly wind down into softer, slower movements to leave you relaxed, grounded and glowing. expect to stretch, sweat and have fun ✨
