what a phenomenal Course. It’s been a privilege to be here. thank you and for what you do.
Posted HBS4 was quite the ride. Really looking forward to seeing the changes that come from what we covered in this course.

Most everyone here has been in FP for almost 10 years. Damn, I’m lucky to have people like this in my life. To everyone who came, just know you’re my top priority.

Results like these are not the byproduct of taking an isolated symptoms approach to human fitness and health.

They are the byproduct of taking a systems approach to training the human body. It’s a byproduct of actually trying to solve someone’s problems instead of simply giving them some pain meds and recommending surgery.

When you learn FP you learn how to look at your body and life as a interconnected system. A closed loop system that doesn’t leak energy due to poor patterns of movement.

If you want to solve your problems then you need to learn to move better in ways that make movement medicine. Learn from a method that can showcase their problem solving skills. We do this unlike any other methods on the planet.

It’s your choice to make. Join the every growing group of people who have been doing FP, getting results and regenerating… or stay the same. Totally up to you.

At FP we prioritize activities that lead to regeneration. Meaning, if said activity does not help aid the creation of new tissue in our bodies to replace injured/old tissue or to bring into existence new patterns of behavior that will lead to an improved outlook on reality, then we don’t bother.

We feel that the point of doing the activities we do in life should lead improved health and longer time spent here on planet earth 🌎. If you’re someone who is seeking to attain better health while helping to create a more symbiotic environment around you, then give the FP hierarchy of needs a try.

Get sun ☀️ daily when available to you to help set your circadian rhythm so that you can get a good nights rest 🌙. During the day make sure to spend some time thinking about your bodies mechanics and correcting dysfunctions to help you function efficiently over time 🏃🏻‍♀️ . Make sure to hydrate 💧 yourself so that your body can function better and process the nutritious organic foods 🍎 you eat.

Throughout the week do things to help manage your stress 🧠 like getting an intentional FP training session in 🏃🏻or utilizing heart rate variability tools ❤️. Also, be sure to learn something new that will help you gain or improve upon relevant skills 💡.

Lastly, try and get some time out in nature 🌲. Whether it’s the park down the street or a drive out to a more isolated area, we feel it’s important (especially for city dwellers) to get outside and learn to tune into the boredom. Find a quite spot somewhere to sit down, look around you and think. Think about your problems and what you can do to solve them.

Reposted• There are some people who come here thinking that I’m saying as a company is the solution for all human problems. It’s not. I will say that “functional patterns” as a concept probably is.

This concept I promote is aimed at pushing us to be more efficient with everything we do. How far can that efficiency extend? That’s the question I implant in people’s heads every day.

Funny thing about function… People gloss over it like if it’s unimportant. Every day people use their phones, cars, sinks, toilets, mirrors, stoves, showers, etc. Since each one of these pieces of tech are consistently available to them, they’re very apt to take for granted the value they bring to their life.

I have an idea for a tv show. I’d like to call it the REAL real world. You essentially take the same concept as MTVs version, but you have the sink work half the time. Toilets work 1/3 of the time. Electricity work half the time… You see what I’m getting at, right? What do u think all the beautiful morons would concern themselves with if the function that keeps the household together was inconsistent? I’d wager they might learn the lesson. Their perception of value would change drastically.

People value function over everything, they just don’t know it yet. Effeciency and reliability is paramount to a working civilization. There’s a reason our society is so at odds with the idea of purpose. What I’m telling all of you is that it’s staring you right in your stupid face and you’re not wanting to see it. Why? Because it means that you have to wither away all your choices down to what nature tells you to wither it down to. To give into a totalitarian dictatorship called “nature”.

In the beginning, giving into nature is boring and to a sick society like ours, nothing is worse the functional boredom. Truth is that it’s not boring, and that you guys just need to give it a chance to understand what’s on the other side of those dysfunctional patterns you’ve adopted from Free Will based influencers. “Good” or “regenerative” feelings are on the other side. Just saying…

my movements are slowly getting more and more connected. I do feel the slings working through this dynamic exercise, finally. But watching this reminds me how calcified my body still is.
