Wenn wir auf dieses Jahr zurückblicken, erfüllt uns ein Gefühl ganz besonders: Die tiefe Dankbarkeit für unsere Sangha. Community ist für uns weit mehr als nur gemeinsames Üben – sie ist der Anker, der uns hält, und die Kraft, die uns antreibt.
Es ist diese Gemeinschaft, die uns alle motiviert, an der Praxis zu bleiben, und uns stärkt. Ob im Circle, auf Reisen, beim gemeinsamen Singen, oder in den täglichen offenen Klassen: Wir halten, begleiten und feiern uns gegenseitig in all unseren individuellen Prozessen. ❤️
Denn wir haben in diesem Jahr einmal mehr gelernt: Together we rise. 🐍🤍

Her teaching is inspired by a blend of traditional yoga practice, Vinyasa, Yin, and elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).🌀🙏
