Full-Mouth Rehabilitation with Veneers | Function Meets Aesthetics
Following orthodontic treatment, this patient presented with generalized enamel erosion and tooth attrition, resulting in loss of tooth structure, compromised occlusion, and reduced comfort.
The key objective of this case was the restoration of the ideal occlusal relationship and vertical dimension, which had been reduced due to long-term wear. By carefully increasing the vertical dimension, the lost dental tissues were compensated and rebuilt using high-precision ceramic veneers on both the upper and lower arches, including anterior and posterior teeth.
The final tooth shade was selected based on the patient’s expectations, achieving a natural yet brighter smile, while ensuring functional stability, proper bite support, and long-term durability.
This case highlights how modern ceramic dentistry can successfully restore lost tooth structure, improve occlusal function, and enhance aesthetics — leading to excellent patient comfort and satisfaction. 🔹 Functional Restoration
Severe enamel wear and tooth attrition led to loss of tooth structure and vertical dimension. By carefully restoring the occlusion, a stable, comfortable, and physiologically correct bite was achieved.
🔹 Reconstruction of Lost Tooth Structure
Missing dental tissue was compensated by increasing the vertical dimension and rebuilding both anterior and posterior teeth with high-quality ceramic veneers in the upper and lower arches.
🔹 Aesthetic Enhancement & Patient Comfort
The tooth shade was selected according to the patient’s wishes, resulting in a brighter, harmonious smile with excellent function, improved comfort, and long-term stability.
