Work with us: The University of Applied Arts Vienna is looking for a Graphic Designer (25 hours/week)

Your role in the Press & Communications team:
You will contribute to the visual communication of the University of Applied Arts Vienna, with a focus on:
• Designing key visuals and communication materials (digital and print) for major, cross-university events, exhibitions, and campaigns
• Further developing a clear and consistent visual communication strategy in close coordination with the head of department
• Designing and continuously developing informational and promotional materials in accordance with the university’s corporate design
• Managing and advising on matters related to the existing corporate identity (e.g. logo approvals, coordination with departments and external partners)

What we’re looking for:
• A degree in graphic and communication design or media design
• At least three years of relevant professional experience
• Expert proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and MS Office
• Experience in motion graphics/animation and video editing
• A strong interest in the University of Applied Arts Vienna’s mission and profile, as well as in current developments in art and culture
• Excellent written and spoken German and English
