Don’t rush it.
Don’t fill it.
Don’t try to make it mean more than it does.

The silence is shaping you.
The quiet is where the soul rearranges itself -
softly, patiently,
in divine timing.

🌿 Breathe.
🌙 Trust the stillness.
💖 Trust in YOU.
The pause is doing its work, even when you can’t see it.

When I move slower, I honour my energy, my seasons, my truth. I remember that alignment isn’t found in speed - it’s found in presence. And that feels good 🌻
