Train for Progress, Not Applause 🎙️

Most people don’t fail because they’re not capable.

They fail because they chase intensity instead of consistency.

Because going hard feels productive.
Lifting heavy feels impressive.
Pushing when you shouldn’t feels strong.

But real strength?

It’s choosing the right weight.
It’s leaving a rep in the tank.
It’s hearing “not today” and respecting it.
It’s showing up week after week — even when no one is clapping.

And as a coach, sometimes the most important thing I can do is tell the truth.

Not the comfortable truth.
The real one.

“You’re not being consistent.”
“That weight isn’t right for you today.”
“You’re letting ego drive this.”

That’s not criticism.

That’s leadership.

Okay I’m actually pumped about this 👏

The gym is launching a 13 week strength block starting April 6 and it’s exactly what I’ve been needing.

It’s not random workouts.
It’s structured.
Upper body. Lower body. Accessories. Total body conditioning.
Progressive and designed to actually make you stronger.

We get access to BTWB to log and track everything, so you can literally see your lifts improving week by week. Plus weigh-ins to track progress properly over the 13 weeks.

Here’s the cool part 👇

If you already have an Open Gym membership, you automatically get access to the program.

If you train somewhere else or at another gym, you can still sign up for just $10 per week and follow the full plan wherever you train.

And if you get stuck, don’t understand something, or need help adjusting weights — you’ve got the coaches there to support you. You’re not just handed a PDF and left alone.

No lock in contracts.
