Before you sign up, read this 👇

We’ve had a lot of questions, so here’s a simple breakdown of exactly how March Mayhem runs.
No fluff. No confusion.

👥 TEAMS
• Teams of 5
• Selected by coaches
• Mixed ability + mixed gender
• No cliques, no stacking

👉 This keeps it fair — beginners and advanced members contribute equally.

❤️ HOW YOU SCORE POINTS
• 1 MEP = 1 POINT
• Wear your Myzone belt
• Train as normal
• Sessions must be recorded in the app

Classes, PT, open gym, cardio, walks & runs all count.
⚠️ No belt = no points
⚠️ Not recorded = doesn’t count

🪜 MEPs MILESTONE LADDER (BIG BONUSES)
First team to hit each milestone wins bonus points:
• 5,000 MEPs → +1,000 pts
• 10,000 MEPs → +2,000 pts
• 15,000 MEPs → +3,000 pts
• 20,000 MEPs → +4,000 pts
• 25,000 MEPs → +6,000 pts

Once a milestone is hit — it’s locked 🔒

🏋️ WEEKLY WORKOUT CHALLENGES
One workout per week:
• Week 1: 100 Burpees for Time
• Week 2: 2km Row
• Week 3: 5km Bike
• Week 4: 2km Ski

👉 Teams can try multiple times
👉 Submit ONE official score
👉 Fastest team wins bonus points

👯‍♀️ COMMUNITY CHALLENGES (FUN STUFF)
• Breakfast with people from other teams
• Matching outfits to a class
• A hike you’ve never done
• Try a class you normally avoid

Laughs guaranteed 😅

🏋️‍♀️ WEEKLY ACCOUNTABILITY RULE
Each week, every team member must complete ONE extra workout.
If anyone misses it → ❌ points deducted from the team total.

🔫 LASER TAG NIGHT
• Teams mixed up
• Bonus points for participation & fun
• Zero pressure, maximum chaos

🍽️ FINALE
• Group dinner
• Final leaderboard
• Prizes + bragging rights

💰 COST
