As ANPT continues to grow (which is honestly so exciting 🙌), I wanted to jump on and have a real chat with you all about something important.

With more members, more sessions, and life being life — there will be times where coaches need to step in for each other. Whether that’s due to sickness, family commitments, or just making sure we can keep everything running smoothly for you guys.

You might start to see Kylie covering some of Caely’s sessions or mine here and there — and this is all part of building a stronger, more supportive team around you.

But I also want to say this 👇

We completely understand that change can feel uncomfortable.
You build relationships with your coaches, you get used to how they run things — and that matters.

So if you ever feel unsure or would prefer not to swap coaches, please don’t hesitate to reach out and let us know. There is absolutely no pressure — your comfort and experience always come first 🤝

At the end of the day, our priority is:
• You don’t miss your sessions
• You continue progressing
• You feel supported no matter who is coaching

Not going to lie… the difference between “training” and “just exercising” is having a proper program.

That’s why I’m excited for this new 13 Week Strength Block starting April 6.

It’s not random workouts.
It’s structured progression.

Upper Body
Lower Body
Accessories
Total Body conditioning

You follow it week to week and actually build strength instead of starting over every Monday.

Everything is logged in BTWB so you can track your lifts, see your numbers go up and actually measure progress. There are weigh-ins too, so you’re not guessing if it’s working — you’ll know.

If you have an Open Gym membership, you’re already covered.

If you train somewhere else, you can still jump in for $10 per week and follow the full plan wherever you train. And if you ever get stuck or need help, you’ve got coaches you can reach out to.

No lock in contracts.
Just 21 days notice if you ever want to cancel.

Training is so much better when you actually have a plan.

The gym is starting a 13 week strength block from April 6 – June 26 and this is exactly what I’ve been waiting for.

Instead of just turning up and hoping for the best, it’s structured:

Upper body
Lower body
Accessory strength
Total body conditioning

You follow it week to week and actually build strength properly.

You log everything in BTWB, track your lifts, do weigh-ins and actually see progress instead of guessing.

If you already have Open Gym — you get access automatically.

If you train somewhere else, you can still sign up for $10 per week and follow the program at your own gym. And if you ever get stuck or need help, you’ve got the coaches there to ask questions.

No lock in contracts.
Just 21 days notice if you ever want to stop.

Honestly, for $10 a week, having structure and support like that is such a no brainer.
