They have become even more prevalent, now that everyday Australians are returning to business as usual.

We have developed an effective alcohol-free formula that can be used for several different applications. The key active ingredient of benzalkonium chloride is clinically proven to eliminate 99.9% of germs, while the moisturising factor leaves the skin feeling nourished. Referring to the importance of testing and analysis, CPLUSco Healthcare the Skincare OEM Manufacturer can support those needs.

For an additional fee, CPLUSco Healthcare will conduct microbiological, accelerated stability and preservative efficacy testing of each product before proceeding to its manufacture.

We provide physical and chemical tests in our laboratories. Visual appearance, odour, pH, density and viscosity are tested on all our QA samples randomly selected from production lines. Several other tests are offered such as stability testing, preservative efficacy testing and microbiological tests. These are all available from independently operated laboratories.

Several tests can be conducted to mitigate the risk of formulation failure. Whilst formulating, our formulation chemists conduct preservative efficacy and stability tests. To briefly explain a preservative efficacy test ensures that the preservative chosen for the product effectively guards against bacteria, mould and fungi. A stability test is a series of tests in the final chosen packaging. The CPLUSco Healthcare laboratory also coordinates with packaging suppliers when carrying out stability tests.
