Hope everyone is doing well and staying healthy and positive.
Although you will be missing your sport it is important to remember the health of everyone is far more important to take care of at the moment. Sport as we know it will be back for you all to enjoy.
In the meantime it is so important that you continue to challenge yourself physically, technically and mentally. Now is the perfect time to work on aspects of your sport that need improvement. Be honest with yourself, challenge yourself to improve on something each day, enjoy the extra time you have, explore some new hobbies. Get yourself ready to return to sport bigger and better than before.
