As the latest data from the Hunter New England health district shows that fall-related hospital admissions among older people has risen by 70% in 10 years, seeing results like this from our falls prevention is far beyond amazing!

Among recommendations from the Australian and New Zealand Falls Prevention Society, exercising 2-3 hours per week is a front-running solution in preventing falls.

As we see more and more clients with issues with balance, falls and coordination, we couldn't agree more and stress the importance of falls prevention training enough.

The key to keeping people out of nursing homes & living fulfilling lives is maintaining movement and activity. No matter how old we are, we can continue to build strength and improve function.

The more we move, the better we are. Age is JUST a number.
