New fee schedule this year. Counselling $72/hour. With a mental health plan from your GP you get back the whole $62 from Medicare. Appointments available Saturdays and Wednesdays.

Adamstown Cottage Psychology services are not just for children. Counselling is also available for adults. My fee is $85/hour.
If you get a mental health plan from a GP, you get back $85 an hour.

Medicare covers the following services. You can choose which you would like to use.

1. Psycho-education
2. Cognitive-behavioural therapy including:
· Behavioural interventions
- Behaviour modification
- Exposure techniques
- Activity scheduling
· Cognitive interventions
- Cognitive therapy
3. Relaxation strategies
- Progressive muscle relaxation
- Controlled breathing
4. Skills training
- Problem solving skills and training
- Anger management
- Social skills training
- Communication training
- Stress management
- Parent management training
5. Interpersonal therapy (especially for depression)

Appointments available Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Big news. I have begun training to diagnose Autism Spectrum Disorder. I love the huge box of toys. Did a practice Module 3 with my granddaughter. She enjoyed it.
