Exercise Right Week is an annual awareness campaign held every year in the last week of May. The campaign aims to highlight the benefits of exercise for health and well-being and help Australians understand where to get the "right" advice for their individual needs.

Exercise can be used as medicine to help to prevent and manage a wide range of chronic conditions, including cancer.

If you've been diagnosed with cancer, an Accredited Exercise Physiologist is the best person to help you to exercise right. They understand the challenges and will work with you (and your treating team) to prescribe safe and effective exercise interventions.
