The best NDIS goals are SMART:

βοΈ Time-bound - Has a timeframe to work toward
Examples of NDIS Goals for 2026:
Independence & Daily Living:
Learn to cook three healthy meals independently
Develop a morning routine I can manage on my own
Improve money management skills to budget weekly expenses
Social & Community:
Join a local sports club or community group
Make two new friends through social activities
Attend one community event per month
Employment & Education:
Complete a TAFE course in an area I'm interested in
