Wishing you and your families a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Wishing you a healthy, happy and joyful year ahead.

2025 - For many this has been a difficult year. If you love numerology it’s been a 9 year, lots of endings, letting go of what no longer serves you including reassessing patterns you are living that may need to be transmuted or released.

2026 - New Beginnings as it’s a 1 year. Time to start something new, create a dream you may have thought about but not started, listen to your joy, if it feels joyful then its a yes, if it feels heavy then maybe its not the time to move forward on it. If it brings peace its a yes, if it creates disharmony then stop and wait. Hold off

Yesterday I had a customer who has breast cancer and as she was looking through the website she said’ you sell so many of the products I need, i want to cry! Its wonderful to be able to support people on a health and healing journey.

Graduation Day!

Today I graduated from Holistic Health Educators as a Holistic Health Coach!

After starting Healing Herbs and Teas a couple of years ago I had an inner calling to expand my own knowledge on Health and wellness and to educate myself more on the fundamentals of health so I could embody this knowledge, share it with my customers, family and children.

I was so drawn to Holistic Health Educators in the USA because the founders Karen and Amy are really ahead of their game using Bio- resonance and Quantum technology to scan clients Body, Mind and Biofield and get a map through frequency to determine what is happening in their Whole system that is impacting on their health. Root cause healing. No more guessing, real answers for people.

Plus they believe that Holistic Healthcare should be a primary form of healthcare in our world, I agree. Treating the Whole Person not just symptoms.

I mean one of the most powerful learning's I have had is to see the impact of our unfelt emotions on the whole body systems. It is an area that most ignore but its exactly the place I believe we need to begin if we are looking towards wellness.

Its been such a Joy to learn from them and to gain some incredible knowledge to use moving forward. I need to thank my coach who honestly was a rock, she believed in me when I could not believe in myself and helped me complete this certification!

I am now also studying to become a 'Bio-resonance practitioner using the Genius Insight technology and learning how sound frequencies and bio-resonance can be used to understand the patterns within our body, mind, biofield and consciousness so we can awaken, heal and transform ourselves.

I believe its the future of health and its exciting!

As I integrate and practice on myself and others I will share this learning with you!
