I am so honoured to be teaching this final level of the Usui Reiki System! This is the teacher level, so if you wish to attune others to this wonderful modality then this course offers you the opportunity to do so.

Real

There is no urgency to be anything but herself, fierce, soft, gentle and willing

There is no need to impress

There is divine death, so she is reborn

Words continue to escape me when I feel this piece on my forearm.

It has such a profound meaning to me, my connection to the spirit world and these sacred allies that walk with me and continue to invite me deeper into my path of service, deeper into my self and an honouring of my Peruvian Lineage of the Seven Rays ☀️

It brings tears to my eyes that I met this incredible medicine woman
a few years ago and instantly there was a soul connection. Lolli has studied energy modalities under my guidance, she has trusted me in creating sacred space for her, we work in Anyi (sacred reciprocity) It brings us both so much joy to dance through this life together.

Ever get the feeling that someone is watching you? Whether that be spirit, real people or dogs 🐶 😜

If you are an outspoken, radiant, wonderful, kick ass human, then more than likely you may have experienced this at some point...

Some people can be blocked in every doorway…
and still find a window to peek through....

You can put up all the protection in the world and yet if they want access to you, then somehow they may find a way....?

When someone is constantly watching your stories, checking your pages, or posting cryptic things that mirror your life — it has nothing to do with you doing anything “wrong.”

It’s usually because your light triggers something they haven’t healed within themselves, and yet they may not ever admit that..

People who feel secure within their own path don’t monitor yours...
People who feel aligned don’t need to compare...
And people who are at peace don’t write in codes.... I have been guilty of this because at times in my life I haven't felt peace!

Absolutely, there is healthy curiosity and that's amazing!

If someone goes out of their way to stay connected to your energy even after you’ve disconnected them…
to me that’s not a coincidence, it feels icky
That’s an unhealed obsession masquerading as curiosity....

I feel this is the part that matters, for those of you who resonate with this post

✨ You don’t need to engage
✨ You don’t need to dim your light
✨ You don’t need to shrink to make someone else comfortable

Keep rising
Keep choosing your path
Keep trusting that the people meant for your world will meet you in honesty, openness, and respect — not in shadows or secret accounts

Your energy is palpable, and sometimes that makes people watch
But you don’t owe anyone access, explanation, or attention!

Stay in your lane, stay in your light, and let the watchers watch, with curiosity or something else perhaps....

✨ The Medicine of the Breath ✨

I have trained extensively in the modality of Breathwork, to me it's not just a trend to jump into, I have witnessed in my own journeys and that of others, just how powerful it can be.

As a Transformational Breathwork Facilitator trained under and / I’m constantly reminded that the breath is more than oxygen… it’s a gateway to remembering

A gateway back to your truth
Back into your body
Back into the parts of ourselves we’ve learned to silence, cover up, or hide

When we breathe consciously, we create sacred space for the nervous system to unwind, for old emotions to finally exhale, and for our intuition to rise like the waters and move like the air. Breathwork is not about “fixing” anything… it’s about remembering
Remembering who we are beneath the noise, the conditioning, the fear, and the survival mode

This work has held me through my own unraveling — through inner child healing, through the shedding of old identities, through the deep remembering of my innate wisdom. And now I get to guide others into that same beautiful reclamation

Every session is a ceremony
Every breath is a prayer
Every release is an opening

How fascinating that people will belittle you behind your back, make up lies and pretend to be this amazing person to the world

How fascinating that true colours can be hidden behind a mask and that when we live from a place of fear, it screams only to be loved

How fascinating that not everyone who smiles with you is standing with you

Fear can make people wear these masks, bend truths, and speak in shadows. The fearful, try so hard, pushing, pulling, bending and creating dis-ease within their own life

It can hurt when the veil lifts — when you realise some connections weren’t as they seemed

But truth is a teacher, truth prevails and when it does, it clears, reveals, and returns us to what is real

And what is real is always safer than illusion

Let people make up the version of you in their own mind, be okay with that.

It's truly wonderful that we can create such beautiful experiences in life, why would we settle for anything less 💖

I am not here to prove myself, to prove my worth, or to succumb to the fear within people's own minds.

I am here to live fully, to live joyfully, to live in harmony with nature and those closest to me.

Let's talk about "LOVE" bombing 😵‍💫

With some personal experience on this and also from conversations I've had with women over the years. This is very real. Especially if you are depleted, your nervous system is shattered and every cup is empty, you are going to crave to be filled with LOVE.

Sometimes it looks like:
✨ Constant messages from the moment you wake up
✨ Big declarations of “you’re my soulmate” on date two
✨ Future plans laid out before you even know their middle name
✨ Grand gestures, gifts, intensity… and it all feels like a movie

It can feel intoxicating – especially if your heart has craved being chosen, seen and adored for a long time 🥺
But this is where we need to STOP and put the fkn brakes on GF!!! Stop, stop and stop before it goes on for too long.

And.....even when the whirlpool has slowed and your intuition starts to kick in, DO NOT jump on the shame train 🫣

"Love" bombing isn’t deep love.
It’s fast, overwhelming attention that can:
✨ Override your intuition
✨ Hook into old wounds (abandonment, not feeling good enough, craving validation)
✨ Create a false sense of safety + “instant connection”
✨ Make it harder to see red flags clearly

Healthy love doesn’t need to rush you.
Healthy love doesn’t pressure you to decide everything right now.
Healthy love respects your pace, your nervous system, and your boundaries.

If you notice:

You feel dizzy in the connection instead of grounded

You’re already ignoring little gut nudges

You’re speeding past your own standards because “this feels so special”

…this is your sign to slow down, and listen to your beautiful heart 💜

You are allowed to:
💗 Take your time getting to know someone
💗 Ask questions and actually watch their actions over time
💗 Keep your routines, friendships + self-care
💗 Say “this feels a bit fast for me”
💗 Walk away if the intensity doesn’t feel safe

Real love grows in presence, consistency and honesty – not in a rush of intensity that burns you out.

Let’s romanticise emotional safety, slowness, and mutual respect (in all relationships!!) instead of chaos, anxiety and adrenaline! Amen to that sisters 🔥

Sometimes I look at my life and think…
“Wow, I’m kind of reckless" I have done some pretty out there things, I don't "play it safe" all the time.
Running through the heart of Saint Kilda topless was one of them.....way back in the day, perhaps another story never to be told again 😅
And honestly? I’m starting to honour that part of me.

The part that says yes before the mind has finished making its pros and cons list.
The part that wants to feel the rawness of life, not just tiptoe around it.

But with that wild heart also comes old patterns: the fears, the overthinking, the “is this too much?”
the guilt, the second guessing, the stories I’ve outgrown.

The difference now is awareness.
I can feel those patterns rising… and instead of letting them drive,
I sit with them, breathe with them, and choose again.

I can be: reckless and self-aware
wild and wise
soft and strong

I’m not here to live a half-life to keep other people comfortable.
I’m here to feel the rush of saying yes to what lights me up,
even if it looks reckless from the outside.

Here’s to:
💫 trusting your wild heart
💫 noticing your old patterns without shaming yourself
💫 letting awareness be your anchor as you dive into the unknown

I’m still learning. I’m still messy. I’m still choosing myself.
And I’m not going to let fear stop me from actually living

I’ve been moving through a tender phase of change of late ....equal parts messy and magical ✨

Some days feel like everything is shifting at once, the world around me seems to be moving so fast and I'm not sure what direction to flow in sometimes
My heart stretches wide — between letting go and calling in something new
Between what was and what’s still forming, it can feel like I'm in a void of sorts, contraction and expanding continuously, which I feel is quite "normal"

I’ve been sitting in that space lately…
A little unsettled. A little inspired.
A little unsure, but deeply trusting that something beautiful is unfolding — even if I can’t quite see it yet..... Does this even make sense 🤔🫠

Life moves in seasons, just like ceremony.
There are moments to rise and moments to rest and resting is not scrolling, it's long walks, salt baths, being consumed by a good novel and nanna napping in the arvo 🤤
Moments to pour our hearts into creation… and moments to soften back into our own arms.

So if you’re feeling the waves too — you’re not alone.
Come back to your breath, your sacred breath, fill your belly, fill your chest, fill your heart and lungs with light!
Open your morning rituals with love and acknowledgement to your inner child
Sit with the medicine of Cacao, with the earth beneath your feet
