A share from my heart ❤️

This piece of music has carried me many, many times 🥹 This photo of me was at dawn break, being in the moment, feeling the joy and music move through my soul

Lately I’ve been reflecting on a few things, as I do often! I create space and time for inner contemplation 🥰

There’s a saying that “what others think of you is none of your business" I have said it many times and while there is truth in that, absolutely, there’s also a very human part of us that still feels the weight of being misunderstood

Sometimes people create stories about us,
based on assumptions, fragments, or their own experiences and while we can choose not to engage, which is why I have removed myself from certain relationships and friendships over the years, it doesn’t always mean it feels easy! But if you are remembering your inner peace, then it feels aligned!

I’ve learned that you can hold integrity,without defending yourself
You can choose peace without needing to correct every narrative and sometimes, being misunderstood is simply part of walking our own path

I’m learning to trust that those who truly know me, will feel my heart, they will know to reach out if something feels "off" or they would come to me with any questions, perhaps learning to have these open transparent and vulnerable conversations are needed?

Because in the end, in which we are all guaranteed, our character speaks louder than any story ever could

If you are moving through a chapter of discomfort or something that feels heavy....this is a gentle reminder that we are all human, we all feel, we all process things differently and we all have LOVE as our core, so remember to give yourself some grace, stay grounded in your truth and always come back to your heart 💜

I have been guided for quite some time now to create a beautiful space to come together, to remember, to learn, to teach, to share and connect!

If you have been here for a while you know that I have an array of tools under my belt with an extensive list of wonderful modalities. Some I have gained in weekend workshops, others in long apprenticeships and others in various online courses! It's been a busy 7 + years!

It's now time to create something special, and long lasting. Sometimes after a course we can seem a little "lost" or we have momentum for awhile then it fades. We have this awakening and sometimes we don't quite know where to go with it all, or we perhaps don't have people around us to practice on or even understand!

This is why I have created Temple of Intuition

Today was a healing day 🥹❤️✨

A piece of my past forgiven, a part of my heart healed and my trauma softened and released.

Last time I was here was one of the most painful, traumatic, gut wrenching days of my life. While I was on Challenge Hill, little did I know that my world back home was dark.

Over the years I have battled and healed my resentment, my pain and my fear I carried for years after.

It was another puzzle piece placed down today 💖

Today was one of those days where my heart was full to the brim! It was just my youngest son and I. Core memory loaded.

To see him beaming with happiness, with excitement and laughter is the absolute best feeling in the world! Gosh I just loved it SO much.

1:1 with our children is SO special. I will never take that for granted. I will always be forever grateful that God and the Angels protect them ✨
They sure were watching over them on that day 💙🩵♥️

What does it actually feel like to have a rested nervous system?
Honestly it has taken me a very long time to feel rested, hence why I am VERY passionate to share my knowledge and what has worked for me

To not be in constant urgency
To not feel like you’re always behind
To soften… and come back to centre

Learning to bring awareness to your parasympathetic state and creating small, daily practices of regulation.....
Letting your body feel safe enough to slow down

Nothing is through force, but through gentle, consistent devotion to yourself, because it’s not the big, once-off practices that change everything…believe me I've tried that!

It’s the small, repeated moments of choosing yourself each day, and as you know I'm a BIG believer in choosing yourself!

I’ve extended the start date of this container
to allow the women who are ready to come back to themselves, I feel there are a couple more women ready to join and perhaps have been sitting on the fence?

Welcome to the Regulated Woman!!
The beautiful thing is the nervous system can learn safety again 🙌

This is for women in workplaces or business, mums, carers, solo women desiring connection, you don't have to be in complete burnout to join.

We learn about practices such as

• breathwork
• somatic awareness
• nervous system education
• gentle regulation tools

A lot of capable women are living in subtle survival mode without realising it..... especially with what is going on in the world atm

When the nervous system stays in fight or flight for long periods, it can show up as:
• racing thoughts
• difficulty relaxing
• tension in the body
• feeling wired but exhausted
• constant busyness

This isn’t a weakness. It’s simply a nervous system that needs support

You will gain the tools and education to soothe and nurture your nervous system. To reset and re-discovery ways to feel safe and rested again!
